Chrom: CHROM was founded in May 2007 by Christian Marquis and Thomas Winters, who, after a long-standing acquaintance, discovered their shared love for bright, danceable, yet melodic electronic sounds. CHROM stands for an effective synthesis of synth pop, EBM, and club electro, meaning: rich beats, penetrating bass lines that can sometimes be quite powerful, garnished with catchy melodies. The debut album, "Electroscope," was released in April 2010 on Fear Section, distributed by Out Of Line Music. In March 2012, CHROM released their second album, "Synthetic Movement," on Out Of Line Music, which further perfected their signature sound between club and electronic pop. Their third studio album, "Peak & Decay," followed in 2016 and entered the Official German Album Charts. Thomas Winters left the band in 2022. Since then, frontman Christian Marquis has continued to lead the band solo, supported live by Alexander Suttmer on keyboards. They are currently working on a new album, scheduled for release in late 2025. The two singles "Paralysed" and "Agony" were released in 2024 and offer a taste of the new album: more powerful and emotional than ever! Fresh yet familiar! CHROM is back!!!
+ Support: Neonsol Neonsol is a Danish electropop band founded in 2009 by Nina Io and Jesper Io. The band creates, releases, and performs dark, dreamy, and danceable music. Their sound blends lush synth harmonies, growling basslines, and layered vocals—earning them attention within the British and Scandinavian dark electro scenes. Neonsol aims to bring strong, catchy melodies back to the noisier side of the dancefloor. Their music draws inspiration from a range of genres, including futurepop, synthpop, industrial, EBM, and darkwave. Neonsol releases music through the UK-based label AnalogueTrash Records and has also appeared on various compilation albums, including two set for release this spring. The upcoming concert at Stengade marks the band’s first Danish performance since their successful show at Rust in Copenhagen last year. Their new live keyboardist will also join the lineup for the evening.
