1. The board's report for the past year/by the chairperson (Jonas Klejs)
2. Submission of accounts with audit report for approval/by the treasurer or accountant. (Beierholm)
3. Election of auditor
4. The decision on the disposition of any surplus/deficit.
5. Decision on notification of possible discharge to the board.
6. Adoption of the current budget for the coming financial year. (Jakob)
7. Proposals received agenda and voting thereof.
8. Articles of association - changes/suggestions and voting.
9. Election of the board of directors

Deadline for submitting a subject: 14 days before the GA.
Note: Following our articles of association, the position as Chair is up for election this year.
If you want to run for the board, you must be or become a member and you must fill out a candidacy template and send it to bestyrelse@stengade.dk no later then 14 days before the GA.
You must also be over 18 years of age.

What is the Board?
As a member of the Board, you will be right in the middle of the organisation's strategic direction. The Board is a council consisting of the Chair, the Vice-chair, Treasurer, ordinary board members and substitutes. As a member of the Board, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring that we operate in alignment with our mission, values and financial framework. The Board provides support and advice to the Operations Manager, Booking and PR staff, House Technician and Sound Engineer, Floor managers and volunteers.
Who are you?
We are looking for individuals who:
Have experience with leadership, volunteer organizations, HR, etc.
Think strategically - you have a long term perspective and are excited about helping Stengade grow.
Bring expertise or enthusiasm in key areas - your skills in finance, fundraising, cultural management, communications, audience development, or organizational strategy will be a great asset.
Enjoy collaboration - you thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Then you will be able to run for the Board at our General Assembly the 21st of March, where you have to be elected by the General Assembly. Be sure to register as a member on Billetto to be able to run as candidate.
